Gets the job done
Posted by Coffee
I like my sports gear to be cheap and cheerful, something I won't be devastated to leave in the gym locker or accidentally hurl to the floor. These buds fit the bill - good sound, good fit, and easy to replace. I'm at the point where I don't want any of the accessories that come with it because I have so many - I just need the earbuds themselves on account of losing the previous pair every year or two. I am sure there are better sounding and more feature rich sets out there, especially now that you can get wireless buds in the same price range, but for the time being I am happy not thinking about charging them, and not worrying about whether or not a new brand will fit my ears.

fit my small ear canals
Posted by stevenkelby
Have tried many earphones that claim to be made for small ears. Obviously "small" is kind of subjective but I never did find a pair that would stay in place, until now.
I had to use the smallest three-level eargels provided to get the desired result during physical activity, but I'm happy to say that I finally have a pair of earbuds that says in place, in my small ears, no matter what I do! -
Mixed feelings
Posted by RM Denn
I really wanted these to work and to be the one set of earbuds that stays in my ear.
I don't like wireless earbuds that always fall out and I like to run so on paper this seemed great. When I first got them and started putting them on I thought I just needed time to find which size would fit my ear. It took me a long time to try all the different earbud sizes. I got the right to fit snugly first, but then the same size didn't work on the left. I had to use a different size on the left side which is weird.
Eventually I got them to stay in semi-ok and went out for a run. They didn't fall out but moved around and sometimes the left side would get really quiet because of how much the earbud moved out of my ear, so I had to readjust them. They didn't fall out completely, but they didn't feel secure either.
I did like the sound quality, which is why I have mixed feelings on them. When I got them to fit properly, the base was good and I could enjoy both music and podcasts equally. But also, every time I took a heavy step on pavement, I could hear the footfall in my earbuds. I don't know if this is just me, but it definitely took away from the audio quality.
I tried to give them a whole week to see if I would get used to them but I didn't. I really wanted them to work but I just couldn't get them to a point where they were comfortable, securely in place, and sounding good all at the same time. -
Recommended for sleeping
Posted by warez97
I bought these so I could use them while falling asleep. They fit relatively flush so you can side sleep with them on too.
They came with a bunch of different ear tips in various sizes but the size I was using kept getting stuck in my ear after sleeping on my side (probably pushing it in too deep) and then it would stay in my ear after I removed the earbuds. I had to go and super glue it to the earphones themselves, though I wouldn't recommend doing this unless you are 100% sure of your size. -
Good purchase

My daughter loves them for band practice, they look very "professional" without breaking the bank. Good earbuds.

""Memory wire""
Posted by Ryan D (MI)
It has memory like my grandma, remembers you for the first minute and gone after that. Earbuds still fit fine, just don't expect tem to be super locked in

First pair was a dud
Posted by F
Bought these after being recommended them by selveral podcasters. Unfortunately they only worked on and off on the right side so I had to reach out to MEE, which is unfortuante. To their credit, they did send me a new pair quickly after opening a case on their suipport site, and the new pair has been working flawlessly

A+ Buy
Posted by Jessi
After over a year of using several pairs of these as in ear monitors, they are still working fine. We've had to clear ear wax out of them a couple of times because the sound started getting low, which was gross, but its not the earbuds fault. Overall a solid buy.

Best budget transparent earbuds

Best budget transparent earbuds, look just like picture.

Previous version was better
Posted by Victoria
I first bought these in 2015. They looked a little different back then and had softer wires. This new version is stiffern and hurts my ear after a while. I'll be buying a different brand for my next set.

Value earbuds
Posted by O_O
As with most earbuds there are pros and cons to these.
The good: sound, good bass and clearer than even my speakers, always ready to go - no need to keep them charged
The not-so-good: needs adapter to work with Samsung, pulling on the wire yanks them out of ear -
Lost a pair, got another
Posted by hellspawn95
I thought buying wired earbuds would help me not lose them but I guess it didn't work. Still, I enjoyed not having to charge them and the sound quality was better than any wirelss set you can get in this prie range, so I ended up buying another.

Works under helmet!

Purchased based on FortNine's youtube review of best motorcycle earbuds. Fits great under my Bell helmet! Cable is a bit long but with a $3 cable winder it works just fine!

Excellent Product!
Posted by J. C. Garcia
The wired earbuds I had always bought at Walmart before (Sound magic E10) were no longer available so I had no choice by to try something new and I have to say I am not disappointed with my new pick. They fit well and seem well made. For less than 20 bucks I recommend these and with the rate I go through earbuds I'll be getting me another pair. And if the sound magic comes back in stock I'll have a difficult decision to make as I broke those and didnt have a chance to compare them directly

Good ear buds for the money
Posted by gdc
Not much to write home about other than it being fine for what it cost

Not as good as they seem
Posted by Doo Dee
The ear hooks with wire seem like it would help stay where u put them but i tried and tried and tried and still couldnt get them to fit tightly. The sound is fine maybe even great compared to the 10 year old JVC earbuds i was trying to replace but the fit just doesnt work for me

Good so far

I love the first set so much I bought another. Now I can keep one in my gym bag and the second at home for my runs.

A for sound, beware the cord length
Posted by K Lee
These have good sound quality. I needed some in-ears that were essentially hidden when I am streaming live and these fit the bill.
The cord is short, my only real complaint. I bought one of the suggested extension cables and I was in business. Now if I used these for running, the short cord would be a deal breaker. For connecting to my computer with the extension cable this is right on.
The wires on this are thin so I am not sure they will survive long term use if you did wear them running but for my purpose should last a while. Plus look at the price. Worth the investment for me. -
Do you have oddly shaped ears? Then try these earbuds!
Posted by Mindy Morgan
My ears are kind of weird - earbuds fall out of them on a good day during a casual stroll, never mind while working out or doing any kind of activity that involves tilting, moving, or shaking my head. That is - until I tried these.
I have done jumping jacks while wearing these earphones and they have stayed in. I have run a 5k marathon. I have all but hung upside down from a jungle gym.
I was surprised how well they fit, after I went through all of the different size options that were included. As a bonus, the noise isolation is not bad either - with the 3-level earbud size, I barely hear what's going on around me and I never have to worry about others hearing what I'm listening to either.
The sound is fine, I didn't expect cheap sports earbuds to sound like beats by dre, but they are clear and have enough bass to get me through an hourlong workout no problem.
All in all well worth the price! -
Nice fit for sleeping
Posted by Daniel F
These are perfect for listenig to audiobooks and podcasts while falling asleep - they are fit very well in my ears and don't protrude out so much that I can't rest on my side. In fact, when I put my head on the pillow, I barely feel them there at al! Sound is fine for my purposes, but I barely ever listen to any music with them.

comfortable and sound ok
Posted by 420lover
They are earbuds. They provide sound. They fit well without getting uncomfortable as long as you pick the right ear fittings (included). I don't know what else to say.

¡Buena calidad para auriculares baratos!

Not my first rodeo
Posted by joseph79
Happy wth the fit of these earbuds. It's my third of fourth pair so not sure why I am being asked to leave a review now, although the previous ones were all purchased on Amazon. I have only had one break so far - the rest have been misplaced or destroyed in kid or pet-related incidents.

Professional in ear monitor look without the price tag
Posted by Langdon
Bought these for my podcast guests who forgot their in-ears at home and don't want to use bulky headphones. Great earbuds, get the job done and I don't mind if the cord gets yanked out of the socket because they're so cheap to replace
-
Worth it
Posted by R Tran
I bought these earbuds because I liked the look and was not expecting much in the way of sound considering the price. They are now my go to earbuds and I hope that they will last for many years, but if they don't I will probably be back to buy another set. I use them for everything with my computer - music, movies, games. They fit well in the ear and stay comfortable for a few hours, but most importantly the sound is really good and the clear look is exactly what I wanted.

Great Affordable Sound Quality
Posted by SY4
Bought these as a backup to my M6pro in ear monitors so I pretty much knew what to expect from the fit.
However, still pleasantly surprised by the sound, the M6pro sounds better but they are 3 times the price. Honestly, I feel like I could use these 90% of the time and not miss the extra bit of audio quality. Bass is stronger on these so some instruments/songs even sound more full-bodied with these than with the higher end version.
If you are shopping for super affordable in ear monitors - try them, you might just like them! -
Good buds
Posted by J. Walker
Ran them through the washer and dryer and they still work. Good buds.

Bang for your buck!
Posted by Clara
Stylish looking sports ear buds. Very good sound and build quality for the cost. Not sure why someone would need to pay more.
-
Suprisingly noise canceling
Posted by ubermensch
Bought these to use on flight as my bose buds can't be connected via wire. They are a little fidgety at first but in my opinion actually sound great for the price and have surprisingly good noise canceling for plane use. Obviously for everyday use get a wireless set, but as a wired headphone I can't believe how much bang per buck you can get these days. Wish I had these 10 years ago when the first iPhones (with headphone jacks!) came out!

Stays secure, clear sound, bass is lacking
Posted by Bill
The Good: Clear sound. Fit is much more secure than any other earbuds I have tried, literally does not move at all while running.
The Bad: The product description claims they have good bass but they don't, not compared to real headphones. I am an audiophile but you don't have to be one to be disappointed with the bass.
The Ugly: User manual says to change the earpieces to improve the bass but this just made it worse. Don't waste your time. -
Suprisingly decent for the price
Posted by Bernice
Sound fine for gym, could be better could be worse. Doesn't fall out of my ears. Good price.

Still the best in the biz (as they say)
Posted by steverants
I've owned the M6 for many years now and it's still been my favorite set of ear phones. The sound quality's spectacular and it fits snugly under my helmet when I'm touring on my bike. Keeps me company when I'm commuting to work or heading out to all sorts of weekend fun, etc.

My everyday earbuds

I just love these earbuds. Been using them for years now. the quality, the comfort, the sound, just great. Simple earbuds that are perfect for when I'm walking or when i'm podcasting.

MEE great earbuds but please please please make a version with type C I am so tired of using adapters

Punches well above its weight
Posted by RF
5/5 Fit - has a bit of a learning curve but once you get the hang of it they are very secure and only take a few more seconds to put on compared to regular earbuds
4/5 Comfort - I wear glasses so the earhooks get pushed into my ear after a while, but it takes a very long time for them to become uncomfortable
4/5 Sound - far from audiophile quality, but punchy and very clear with good bass and highs
5/5 Value - If the sound and comfort are just good, the sound and comfort for the price are GREAT. Would give them 4.5 stars if I could. -
Not V-Moda sound quality, but close
Posted by FlashyCyclone
Bought these after my V-Modas had the same jack issue for 3rd time in 1 year. I spent about 100 bucks on those, they had GREAT sound quality, great fit, great comfort, but I don't want to send my gym buds in for replacement every 4 months and have the same issue arise.
So I spent 20 bucks on these and they are still going strong a year later. If V-Modas had GREAT sound, I would rate these as merely Good. But the fit and comfort are still Great and for gym use I honestly don't need the audiophile-level sound of the V-Modas.
For those still using wired headphones like me, I would highly recommend picking these up, even if just as a backup. -
For sports and for every day
Posted by Beans
On my 3rd pair of these earbuds since maybe 2012. One average they last maybe 2 years before the cable starts giving out, but I am not complaining because I've spent maybe $50 total on them in all these years and have, for the most part, had a reliable pair of in-ears that doesn't need to be charged or maintained in any way, and is always there when I'm heading out for my run.
If I had one complaint, it would probably be that the color versions are no longer available, now it's just black and white. I miss my purple ones from 2014 or thereabouts.
