Why do I need an account?
It's not necessary to set up an account to make a purchase with us; however, having an account enables features such as earning rewards, checking the status of your order, and more.
How do I join MEE audio Rewards?
Customers with store accounts are automatically enrolled. If you don't have one, create a store account to join today.
How do I earn Points?

How do I check my balance and redeem rewards?
Log in to your store account first, then open the MEE audio Rewards widget by clicking “MEE audio Rewards” on your account page or using the popup that appears at the bottom right hand corner of the store.
How do I use my rewards?
Rewards are issued as coupon codes or store credits that can be applied on the payment page during checkout (only one coupon code per order).
Can I earn reward points for spending store credit?
Unfortunately, Points are not rewarded for store credit, only dollars spent.
Can I redeem points within the same purchase?
Points are earned after a purchase has been made. Once you have earned points, they can be redeemed for a promo code that you can apply to a new purchase.
Does USPS Priority guarantee delivery within 1-3 days?
USPS typically delivers Priority Mail packages in 1-3 business days but the time frame is not guaranteed.
Which shipping service should I choose if I want to get my order in 1-3 days?
- We recommend choosing FedEx Overnight shipping as they provide the best guarantee for delivery. USPS Priority mail does not guarantee a time frame.
- To ensure that we ship out your product on the same day you ordered it, we recommend placing your order before 2 pm and giving us a call to make sure we ship it on the same day. During the holiday season, give us a call before placing your order to ensure same day shipping is possible.
USPS tracking shows delivery, but why haven't I received my package?
If you did not receive the package on the date indicated by USPS tracking, USPS recommends the following:
- Looking for the package somewhere near your front door or asking your neighbors. Sometimes, postal workers leave packages near doorsteps and not near residential post office boxes. Also, a well-meaning neighbor might have taken your package inside their house for safekeeping or for protection against the rain or other bad weather.
- Contacting USPS at 1-800-ASK-USPS or contacting your local Post Office directly and explaining that you have delivery confirmation, but no package was actually delivered, and ask them to start a tracking investigation to discover the whereabouts of your missing package.
- Contacting the USPS Track and Confirm customer service office at 1-800-222-1811.
Do you ship to my country?
- We ship to many countries around the world. However, some countries are restricted due to a large rate of lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
- Once you place a product in your cart, you can see the list of countries we ship to in the dropdown. You will also see an estimated shipping cost.
- We are looking to expand our retailers worldwide, so if we are not locally available in your country, please request your local retail stores to carry MEE products!

I never received confirmation for my order, yet I was charged. What happened?
This typically happens when the billing address we are provided differs from what the bank has on file. Some banks and credit card processors will put an automatic hold on the account in the amount of the declined payment in case of a dispute. The hold will typically last a few business days.
If, after a few business days, the payment does not disappear, please contact us for assistance.
What happens if my order was returned as "Undeliverable"?
If your order was returned to us as 'Undeliverable', you will be notified via email. Please provide us with an alternate shipping address. If no response is given for 30 days, your order will be cancelled and refunded.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Once your order has been received, we will notify you with a confirmation email and apply a refund via the original payment method. If the order was paid via Paypal, you should see the credit the same day. If it was paid via credit card, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to be visible in your billing statement.
