Our Story
MEE audio was founded in 2005 in Los Angeles by a group of audio enthusiasts with a simple idea: everyone should be able to enjoy great sound. We called that idea Music Enjoyment for Everyone, and it's where our name comes from.
In 2009 we released the original M6 model, and musicians around the world adopted it as their go-to in-ear monitor. Working with performers taught us two things. First, the best products come from listening to the people who use them. Second, great sound only matters as long as you can hear it.
That second lesson changed our mission. Starting in 2013, we set out to protect our customers' hearing and to improve quality of life for people with hearing loss and those around them. In 2018 we took that commitment on stage with the launch of MEE Professional, our custom in-ear monitor division.
What We Do
Today, Music Enjoyment for Everyone has grown into Audio Enjoyment for Everyone. We believe hearing is precious, and that everyone deserves to enjoy and be inspired by good audio for as long as possible.
