COVID-19 Shipping Notice:
To comply with the California's COVID-19 regulations, we have temporarily suspended most of our office and warehouse operations.
Orders may still be placed on our website, but please allow for extended handling times of up to 2 business days. We will do our best to fulfill orders as quickly as possible

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
International Shipping Information And Policy
In order to keep shipping costs down, our basic international shipping is done via USPS First Class International. This shipping method does not offer tracking via the USPS website and does not have a specified delivery period. It is not available in all countries. Typical delivery times are 2-4 weeks for delivery, however, shipping to some countries may take longer. Please choose the appropriate shipping method for your country/region as MEE does not guarantee delivery for untracked shipping methods. For quickest and safest service, please use FedEx or EMS. There are other shipping options available from the USPS and FedEx:

FedEx International Priority:
Time-definite delivery typically in 1, 2 or 3 business days. Reach major cities in Europe by noon typically in 2 business days. From the U.S. to more than 220 countries and territories.
FedEx International Economy:
Time-definite delivery typically in 2 to 5 business days (typically 2 or 3 business days to Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico). From the U.S. to more than 215 countries and territories.
MEE typically ships orders within 1-2 business days. Orders shipped by methods that do not offer tracking are the customer’s responsibility from the time of shipment. Please make sure your address is correct in our system and use the notes section to include any special shipping instructions. If you are uncertain as to the reliability of local delivery, please use a tracked shipping method such as EMS or FedEx International.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for information.
We accept returns of most products* for exchange or refund, less original shipping charge (if applicable), within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in new, unaltered, and unused condition**. Original sales receipt must accompany your return. Refunds can only be credited to the original payment method.
We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).

*Unless the product’s item description notes that it cannot be returned or stipulates a different return policy time period
**New, Unaltered, and Unused Condition means an item that is returned without showing signs of wear or damage. For returns that show signs of use or are missing accessories, a 20% restocking fee will be charged.
